OFFICIAL RULES
Eligibility and Limitations:
Participants must be 13 years of age or older when the contest begins Friday, August 25, 2023 at 12:01am.
No purchase necessary for participation. Odds of winning are eight (8) in total number of eligible entries.
Employees of Seven Mountains Media, “Donut Be A Bully”, participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Only one winner per household throughout the duration of this contest.
Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to make rules, contest or date changes at any time.
The decision of Seven Mountains Media regarding participants and winners is absolutely final.
Contest is open to Pennsylvania Residents only who hold a valid article of state identification.
The winner(s) cash prize may be picked up at the front desk of Seven Mountains Media’s main office at 109 Plaza Drive, Johnstown, PA 15905. Prizes not picked up within 30 days of contact will be forfeited.
2. Dates & Duration:
Contest will begin on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 12:01am and continue through Friday, October 27, 2023 no later than 5:59pm. There will be eight (8) winners—one (1) per week–selected from all eligible entries.

3. Location:
“Donut Be A Bully” will be played online only on the following sites: www.7mmjohnstown.com; www.mypopradio.com

4. Indemnification:
All participants will be considered contestants of the “Donut Be A Bully” and will hold Seven Mountains Media free from liability of any kind to person or property arising from participation in “Donut Be A Bully” promotional contest.

5. Value/Prize(s):
Eight (8) individually awarded prize(s), each consisting of a to be determined number of donuts, with a declared value not to exceed five dollars ($5.00); and a to be determined number of “Donut Be A Bully” stress balls valued at one dollar and twenty five cents ($1.25) each, with a total declared value not to exceed twenty five dollars ($25.00) (“Prizes”); and
One (1) individually awarded Grand Prize(s) consisting of five hundred dollars ($500.00) cash (“Grand Prize(s)”).
The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable, or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be redeemed from Seven Mountains Media within thirty (30) days of the contest end date, unless otherwise stated in the contest’s official rules. Certain prizes are date specific and the winner or winners must be available on the dates specified. Seven Mountains Media disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivered, loss, or failure in the delivery of any prize requested to be sent by mail. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Prizes must be claimed by the winner after presenting proper legal identification.

6. Publicity:
By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Seven Mountains Media exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in any Seven Mountains Media contest, participants agree that Seven Mountains Media may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

7. Conduct, Decisions and How to Play:
Participant(s) will be directed to the Participating Radio Station(s) website from 12:01 a.m. Friday, August 25, 2023 until 11:59 pm on Friday, October 27, 2023 to nominate any school classroom and Teacher from Kindergarten through Grade Eight (8), in Cambria, Somerset, Indiana, and Bedford counties.

From all qualified submission(s) received, the Participating Radio Station(s) will randomly draw eight (8) classrooms as Prize(s) winner(s); one (1) classroom on each of the following dates: Friday, September 8, 2023; Friday September 15, 2023; Friday September 22, 2023; Friday September 29, 2023; Friday October 6, 2023; Friday October 13, 2023; Friday October 20, 2023; Friday October 27, 2023.

From all qualified submission(s) received, the Participating Radio Station(s) will then randomly draw one classroom and its nominated teacher as the Grand Prize(s) Winner on Friday November 3, 2023.

Event contingent on and subject to any and all Sponsor Location/Venue COVID 19 rules and regulations in place at the time of the Event.

Must be 13 years of age or older to enter.

The Grand Prize(s) Teacher of the winning classroom must possess a valid State issued Driver’s License or State issued Identification Card to pick up the Grand Prize(s) and Prize(s).

Winning Participant(s) and Teacher will be announced on the air and/or on the Participating Radio Station(s) website and/or will be notified by the preferred phone number or email provided by the Participant(s) in the event of a registration.

The Grand Prize(s) winning Teacher must within 60 days of the conclusion of the Contest, supply to the Participating Radio Station(s) receipts in the amount of the Grand Prize(s) to show that the Grand Prize(s) was used only for school supplies for the winning classroom.

Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.

Seven Mountains Media will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest.

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All decisions will be made by Seven Mountains Media and are final.

8. Changes or Modifications:
Changes or modifications to contest rules may be made at any time and will be displayed at 7MMJohnstown.com prior to becoming effective.
